Let me see if I understand your question:

1- You purchased a 2006 Monte Carlo from Dealer X.

2- When they sold it to you, they did not tell you that the frame was bent--

3- I assume the car was sold "As Is"?

4- you took it back and they charged you $7500 to take the car back and give you a 2008 Pontiac.

5-Now you want to get your old car back, or get a better deal?

If the car you bought was sold "As Is" without any warranty you took on the responsibility to make sure it is what you wanted to buy before signing on the dotted line. Once you did that, it's your problem that the car has a bent frame.

The dealer is under no obligation to take it back based on that issue.

But they did--did they tell you at the time they were giving you the Pontiac that it was going to cost you additional dollars? If they did, why did you agree to it at the time? If you agreed to it, and again, signed on the dotted line, you are stuck.

From what I have surmised, and based on my limited understanding of the events, I do not see a cause of action. Of course, there may be details you have not told me that may change the entire picture. My conclusion is only based on what you have written and the assumptions I have made.
