iN 2017 i QUITCLAIMED A PROPERTY IN COOK COUNTY TO A PARTY WHO WAS TO RECORD IT. aPPARENTLY HE NEVER RECORDED IT. hOW CAN i PROTECT MYSELF BOTH RETROACTIVELYAND INTO THE FUTURE AGAINST CLAIMS AGAINST ME CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY?
