Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

My condo board says packages that are delivered to my door when I am out of town are considered fire hazards.

They are allowing other residents to receive packages when they are gone, but they will not allow me. They are retaliating against me for complaining about residents' racks of shoes outside of their doors in the common elements.

Can they deny my packages and claim they are fire hazards? They are not permanent fixtures in the hallway versus racks of shoes and toys stored in the common elements, which are real fire hazards. These packages are for my job and they are also aware of that.

I am located in Chicago, IL.
