Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
At the end of last year i was given an eviction notice but never actually evicted because i somewhat just left on my own. Now there is a new housing company that owns the same house. Am i able to now move back into the old house because the company who did own it never actually went through with the eviction and i have not done anything to this new company.

Probably not. I am not sure what you mean by new housing company assuming that you mean management company, probably not without remedying the reason for the eviction notice. Additonally, your lease probably has an abandonment clause.
