I am purchasing a property that advertised that it was FHA approved. Our closing date is supposed to be on the 18. The building has not yet been approved for FHA, so therefore my loan is not approved with the bank yet. I have to be out of my apartment by the end of the month, and they are telling me that it might not get approved for another 6 months. My question is that false advertising on there part?
