My Landlord refuse to do a walkthrough, she want me to leave the door open and place the keys on the fireplace, she told me this by phone. what should I do, she state that she would give me my security deposit in 45 days. what should I do.

You should video the apartment so you can prove the condition of the apartment before you leave, just in case the landlord wants to charge you for something. You should also confirm, in writing, the conversation you had with your landlord. Keep a copy of your written confirmation for your records. If you mail this to your landlord, get proof that it was delivered.
