We have lived in our house for over 19years that my sons great grandmother gave him verbally. We dont pay rent. We pay the taxes. Do we have any rights to the house.,now that she has passed

ownership of real estate is determined by the name on the Deed. If your son's name is not on the Deed, then he does not own the real estate.
