Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I moved out of my last apartment on December 15th. My landlord let me out of my lease early. She hasn't given me my deposit or any form of receipts. She says I have to pay for the painting and cleaning of the place, but I did not leave it a mess. Anything that needed to be done was minor. A few stains on the carpet and my cat scratched one wall and door. She also told me that she mailed my mail to my new address, including my w2s, but I haven't recieved any of it. Now she won't return my calls.
