1f. Juridiction of Organization
1g. Organizational ID#
Where do I find this??

If you have a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization (or other organizational documents, depending on what type of company it is) for the company involved (i.e. the subject of the financing statement), the information should be on there.
