Purchasing Leased Property

We are in the process of purchasing a commercial building that has been leased. We would like to know if we are bound, by Illinois Law, to the current Lease agreements between the Seller and his Tenants.

Yes, when you purchase property that is leased you purchase subject to tenants rights.
