Quit Claim Deed Valid or Not
My Mother is a senior w/an athritic condition she gave me her permission to act as her agent to sign the quit claim deed for her - to add my name to her property. My sisters and brothers are contesting this by saying that it was not her signature,does this make the document invalid?
The document was not intended to take my Mom off the property, but to add my name to the deed in the event of something untimely. If the document is valid do I have property owner rights as a secondary owner on the deed.

As long as you had the power to sign the document it should be valid. There is an issue to consider and that is acting as your mother's agent you gave yourself an interest in her property. They might be able to contest it on those grounds. However, as long as your mother had no problem with it, then everything should be fine.
