Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

my roommate was using my truck and he hit a gate while trying to park it cause the truck to get damage after that we agree he would get it fix he found a guy to fix and paint the truck after the truck was done the job that was done was not good at all the truck look really bad i want to know what legal option do i have since now my roommate doesnt want to take responsibility for the bad paint job his friend did. and fix my truck

You are entitled to have your truck restored to the condition that it was before. You may have to sue him.

If he refuses to repair it, your only option is to sue him. By the way, punctuation is often very useful. I recommend it highly.
