Otherwise I agree w/ Ms. Dockery AND please note that today a deed is only one of SEVERAL forms that will be needed to transfer title: assuming this is for $0.00, then there are real estate transfer tax EXEMPTION forms and documents, and a "grantor-grantee" statement.
