understanding rent to own homes
If I wish to rent my home to someone who will adventually buy it, what do I and the buyer need to understand?

Re: understanding rent to own homes
Hello. You and the prospective buyer need to enter into a contract for the prospective buyer to lease the property with the option to buy it
at a later date. You need representation and the
written contract, properly drafted, will represent the entire understanding between you and the prospective buyer. Of course, the monthly
rent, security deposit and any downpayment in the
event the prospective buyer chooses to purchase the property, needs to be negotiated and set forth clearly in the written agreement. Please
feel free to ask me additional questions.

Just completed a lease w/purchase option, including all exhibits thereto, about a month ago. I would be happy to assist in your situation as well.
