Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

I am 16 years old and I broke up with my ex about almost a year ago. I started dating him when i was 14 and he was 16. Now he is about to turn 19 and through out this year he has been on and off bothering me. He used to text me saying that he was going to show my mom half naked picture of me that i was stupid for sending him. Then when i tried ignoring him he posted those pictures up on myspace which my mom ende up finding out about and got that page deleted. He would keep txtn me to chose between him being my friend or my worst enemy and I started getting scared and my mom talked to his mom so he'd leave me alone...he listened fo a while then bothered again with the same thing reminding me that he could be my worst enemy...I changed my phone nunmber and he later on msged me on facebook. He told me that he was going to study to be a cop and he will take advantage of the power and that he'll have fun with it in the future....Then he started msgn my new boyfriend on faebook telling him how he doesn't know what he getting himself into. Also a guy i dated half a year after I broke up with my ex thats bothering me. He told him that I had lost my virginity to him which are lies. He kept telling guys that we had that kind of relationships and that guy broke up with me for that. Everytime I get a new boyfriend he does this and ruins things for me....Can i file for a restraining order on him?
