Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

Consensual Sex vs. Unknowing pics being taken

I was involved in a sexual tryst with two other men and came to find out after the fact that while I had consensual sex-I did not consent to videotape or still photos being taken-what legal action if any can I take?

Thanks for your time,

Keely

You may have a claim for invasion of privacy, or other wrongful conduct, depending on the facts and circumstances of the situation.

From the facts you provide, it appears that you may have a right to file a lawsuit for invasion of privacy. Perhaps you recall the lawsuit Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee filed when heir videotape was posted on the internet. Your facts are not the same, as you did not consent to the taping as they did, but the case falls into the same category, and might be ripe for recovery of damages.
