Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

Can you file a sexual harassment suit against two employess of a store as a consumer? Or can sexual harassment only be in the workplace if you work there and not as a customer?

The best way to get this resolved is not to sue, but call the owner of the business. Both will be fired or severely reprimanded.
