Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

My girlfriend was hired as a bartender and on uer first night there the manager grabbed her ass as she walked past him. Does she have a sexual harassment case? The only problem is the only witnesses that were there were the other employees who are good friend with the owner.

Sometimes, an isolated incident without more will not be found to rise to the level of sexual harassment. That is because sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that is severe and/or pervasive. Has she been subjected to any comments or other conduct since this occurred? Did she complaint to anyone in top management? Wat was the response. I am happy to speak with her if she would like.
