Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

I'm a transgender and I been acuse of two caunts the first caunt is having sex in a public bathroom in a motel with not person around and is a false acusation,, the second is indecent exposure I was not showing any personal parts to anyone and there is not person around I do appreciate any advice my court date is nov.20 2010
