Is a company reliable if a employee gets a DUI while working?

By the word "reliable" do you mean "responsible"? And, if so, "responsible" for what? Perhaps if you take the time and effort to write a better question, you will recieve a better response. As your question is written it simply requires us to make too many assumptions about what you are really asking to be responsive.
