Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I received a citation for allegedly going 34 mph over the speed limit. I do not believe I was going nearly that fast, though I admit I was speeding. I don't really think that I have a case... what can I do in regards to exchanging a guilty plea for a lesser charge and/or court supervision to remove the ticket from my record?
