Attorney Need to be in Same County?

Do you have to have your will prepared by an attorney who practices in the same county where you reside?

No, of course not. All the attorney needs to be is licensed in the state in which he or she is rendering the service. And, I believe that, as long as the services are rendered and accepted wholly within the state in which the attorney resides, that out-of-state wills can be prepared without running afoul of unauthorized practice of law rules.
