Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
Dirty trust attorney
I'm a beneficiary of an Irrevocable trust, the Attorney whom was hired to carry out my fathers trust, won't provide me with ( ANY ) Information, documents, etc. WHAT TO DO ??? luckily was able to find some paper work w letter head & his signature & more, stating I'm a beneficiary and have the right to withdraw some $ but I haven't seen anything since my fathers death. Can I demand an accounting from him ? or what should I do ? since I'm being defrauded ! PLEASE HELP.

you need to do something right away. Once the money is gone, you will never get it back

Illinois law does require an accounting. Your solution is to sue for an accounting. glad to help: (www.myestateplan.net).
