can and how do you evicted a 1/3 ower of a condo that was inhairted, when the other 2 want and have to sell..and will not sell and want to live there free

You will have to file a partition suit. The judge, if he finds for you, will order that the condo either be sold and the proceeds split, or that the third party buy the two of you out.
