I need a Letter Testamentary from Probate Court do I need an Attorney before I go to court? I need this letter to open Estate Bank Account,

It sounds like you need to open up a probate estate. Yes, you should retain an attorney to represent you. In Cook County, some judges will not allow you to open the estate without an attorney.
