Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Man has titled vehicles, some solely, some with 2nd wife. Man's will states that "all personal possessions, titled vehicles,..." go to his children. Will states that wife is specifically excluded from his will.

Question: What happens to vehicles titled with wife when man dies?

Joint tenancy property passes to the surviving joint tenant. It is not controlled by the will. The vehicles in his name only are controlled by the will.
