Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Meeting in Judge's Chambers

How does a party to a civil case get the judge to meet in chambers? The attorneys representing the party and the opposing party have done poorly in representation and have not told the judge everything that has happened in the case and in mediation. These are very important issues his honor needs to know.
