Mississippi Heir property, Several heirs have never paid the taxes on property we share as heirs in Mississippi, can I claim all the property alone due to their failure topay any taxes for 20 years.

Failure to pay real estate taxes can result in forfeiture of the property. If you paid all the real estate taxes for all these years, you may have acquired an equitable lien in the property. You need to discuss this with an attorney licensed in MS.
