how can i obtain my fathers who has passed away will?

If it has been filed already, you can get a copy from the clerk of the circuit court where it was filed (should be where he last lived). If it has not been filed, then you need to do some investigation in terms of who might have possession of it. The Will is not "automatically" filed. Whoever might be in possession of a decedent's will is supposed to file it with the clerk.

You should start by looking through your father's possessions and safety deposit boxes, if any. Also, look for any information about the attorney who may have drafted your father's Will.
