power of attorney

my dad named my aunt power of

attorney,but his wife is still living and

he has 4 children. If he dies does all his

belongings go to the power of attorney

or his family

The power of attorney does not grant the agent any rights to property. It is a solely a responsibility (fiduciary duty) that a person takes on in order to assist another with his property affairs.
