Withholding trust
I'm a beneficiary in an Irrevocable trust, my family is withholding all Information, including the trust. Denied it exists... I have copies of the will & documents stating my claim... I also know the banks & investment groups involved. I'm done w the deciet and want take leagal action, they have also commited mail fraud ECT. how can I prosrucute ? and am I entitled to get a copy of records from the bank & the financilc adviser who is also witholding records.

Do you have a copy of the trust agreement? Standard trust language would entitle you to a receive and inspect records of the trust. You should make a demand on the trustee. If that fails, litigation may be your best route. You certainly would have a claim. [email protected]

I would be happy to take a look at your documents and determine the basis for your lawsuit. The Trustee has a fidiciary duty to you as a beneficiary and can be compelled by court order to provide you with an accounting and the terms of the trust establishing your interest.
I am not a criminal attorney so I cannot answer your question regarding the mail fraud. However, I presume your primary interest is in receiving the benefit of your inheritance.

You can file a lawsuit and then, pursuant to the lawsuit, make requests for documents. The details of who to sue and where require a bit more information, please feel free to call if you want to talk.
