Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

Injured at work 6/07 torn Achellies Tenet, company send me to there docs for needed attention & referred to specialist,w/c has major fit when I disclose doc name ,Verbal attcks me not to see this doc,I lookup doc & has excellent record,highly recononised,I confront doc as to what happen,he send his lawyers after them,that adjuster no longer at the w/c i/co.or shuffeld into the system in time I am showing prosess of healing with out pos/ surg , w/c ask for me to return for light duty I agree & co tells me no light duty when in fact was given to other employees? all my theropy has been stopped was under survailence and shows me doing everyday activitys had to move and all with in my abilitys and all w/c benifits has stop for 9 weeks,had emegency hearing ,they where told to pay at least 4 weeks in the rear for not all med bills where paid up to date and supply Doc with survalence video an photos to evaluate my condition as to where with in my abilitys,havent recieved any past 4 weeks ,w/c lawyer offered me a settlement and to resign from company,I almost went balistic & refused ,Mean while me& my family are on the edge of being homeless,is my lawyer doing his job or am I being shuffled in the system dying I so much read about

I think you need to sit down with your attorney and discuss this matter immediately - in person, not via computer or telephone.

If that does not resolve your issue and answer your question, then you should ask your attorney for a copy of your file and then seek out a second legal opinion with new counsel.
