Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

Recieving commissions after being fired.

I live in Illinois and may be fire relatively soon. Are they required to pay commissions I have earned this past month that they would regularly pay me at the end of next month?

Re: Recieving commissions after being fired.

Generally you are entitled to all wages and commissions you have earned as of the day of your termination.

I hope this helps,
