Re: workers' comp/unemployment?

Yes, you generally would be elibible for unemployment benefits. It sounds as though you have a serious situation on your hands. If the insurance company was paying you while you were off for those first 10 months, that is a sign that they initially accepted your case. But, if they have now cut you off, they must have a reason. You need an attorney to determine why and fight for them to reinstate your benefits, which may require going to trial. I would be happy to help out. Please contact me at 312-527-0770. Thank you and good luck.

In all likelihood you are eligible to receive payment. It does depend on some deadlines that have to have been met. I need to look into your file and get more information in order to be able to get you a definite answer. If you want to set up an appointment to meet, you should call my office. First consultation is free.

Thanks and good luck.
