workers' comp/unemployment?
I have been on workers comp for 10 mo. and now they said that they are cutting me off on sept 24 will i be able to get unemployment i was fired from my job back in april?

Yes, you generally would be elibible for unemployment benefits. It sounds as though you have a serious situation on your hands. If the insurance company was paying you while you were off for those first 10 months, that is a sign that they initially accepted your case. But, if they have now cut you off, they must have a reason. You need an attorney to determine why and fight for them to reinstate your benefits, which may require going to trial. In all likelihood you are eligible to receive payment. It does depend on some deadlines that have to have been met.
