Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have one son and two daughters and all are married.I bought a land on my own 20 years ago(not ancestral property) and I recently(last month) gifted it to my wife through a registered settlement with the clause in the settlement that 'there is no rights to any of my son or daughters to ask any partition from this land from my wife and it is given to her by me with full freedom to enjoy the property by her only'. Now my question is that "Can my wife now sell that property to any person or gift it to any person again by settlement or by will, without getting any NOC from my son or daughters?"

yes , your wife can sell or gift the property without consent of anyone including son and daughter

As there is no limitation clause hence she can do so
