Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Dear Sir,

I am 32yrs old woman, having got a 3yrs old boy, as of now i have got an offer from a family in Southwales, UK for AU pair teacher/caretaker. For that they are aksing me to pay 855 GBP to get good moral character certificate in UK court. They are telling they are going to provide me a house in their house itself. They will take care of all my VISA, Workpermit process. So they said once they told once we get good moral certificate they process for visa & workpermit for 1 year. Their advocate has sent email reg the format of affidavit & power attorney & they are asking me to sign & send it back via email on or b4 17th Mar 2011. They have given their address & phone no. also. Kindly suggest how to process furtther. Bcoz i suspect how genuine they are & I dont want to loose my money.

please dont fall prey to such frauds. an employer never seeks money from the employee rather it is the duty of the employer to arrange for everything. do not waste your money and forget this offer.

This is fraud.

Just ask yourself--

--Who issues character cerificates? It is someone who knows a person personally. Courts don't issue character certificates. Moreover, why should a court in UK give you a moral certificate?
