Lottery

Karnataka State in INDIA has banned all forms of lottery in the State. Is it ok if i play playwin online lottery through Mobile using ITZ cash card?

1. Nobody is going to hold you liable in law for buying the ticket even if it is banned.

2. Rather, you will be legally entitled to demand return of money paid for the ticket if the lottery was banned already or even after buying the ticket.

3. If it was banned before you bought the ticket, you can even ask for compensation to you and punishment to the lottery organizer and seller.

4. If you win the prize, you may be entitled to the prize, legally, even if the lottery has been banned.
