Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
i have to make a succession deed. my parents have expired. their marriage was not registered at the registrar nor at the church. so i cannot get a marriage certificate of them. i am their only heir. is there a alternative procedure to do the succession deed and if there, how much time it will take for this procedure?
