I am going into partnership of 40% of profit with one of the Stock Market & Commodities Broker.We are going to sing an MOU. Kindly tell me which clause can make it Legal and also we want the Contract to be non-terminated for 5 years. Can we print it on Rs. 50 Stamp Paper

yes you can have a lock in period in the contract
