Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
R/Sir,
I give 3 lac rupees my friends for little time but after some time he give me a cheque (ICICI Bank) when I deposit the cheque in bank he will bounced after one week I send the notice by court my friends not give any reply after 15 days plz help me.
