Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Further studies

I have passed LLM examination this academic year. I would like to pursue my studies further. Kindly guide me in the following:

1. Whether I can directly enroll for PHD in Law or M.Phil. The names of college/universities.

2. I would like to take up a course in Legal Research. The names of colleges/universities having this course.

you can persue Phd. ... then regarding university look in the web for the university offering the course and you have to choose the college/unversity!

You can enroll for PhD directly at Delhi University and Kurukhsetra University and JNU and ILI [Indian Law Institute], Delhi, to my knowledge. Must be so at other universities.

At Meerut university and a few more, you can enroll for LL.D. after LL.M.

If you are interested in law research, an option would be to find a job at ILI and do PHD alongwith it. It is a deemed university.
