Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
hi, sunil here.. i met with an accident while returning from work to home ( Ocwen FInancial ) an broke my ankle had a surgery and was bedridden for 3 months.. for this 3 months i have not been paid even my basic salary,, so i need some clarity on how it works is the company liable to pay me .
