Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Validity of one sided agreement

I have run into an agreement with a company to work for five years against a bond of Rs 300000 after pursuing my pg in reputed institute which will be sponsored by the company. The bond in One sided where no representative from Organisation attended the agreement.

Kindy suggest if the agreement is valid if i quit the org. after finishin only one year of service. Am i legally bound to work for whole of five years? Pls mention under which clause I can be held responsible for completing five yrs of work or payback the Bond amount.

you need to send the copy of the agreement. unless and until the clauses are read out, no advice can be given.

Here the crucial element is the agreement. No legal opinion can be given without having a close look at the agreement.
