Me and my husband have filed a

WP regarding education matter in

2003.It still has not been

settled.What should we do.We are

fighting the case ourselves

You may approach the registry of the court to know your exact status. It may be better to engage a local lawyer who may help you expediting listing and may conduct the case better.
