u may log on to www.indiancourts.nic.in to check the item number of your case, its listing before a Judge as well as the court number. The Roaster keeps changing also. So you will have to check your matter as to before whom it is listed, in which court number and at what item from the cause list which further can be seen on the net at above site. Yes one may fight himself his case if he or she so desire.
Cost or professional charges depends upon the case and differ from lawyer to lawyer.
