Re: cheque bounce/signature mismatch
Both of your acts, signing the cheque wrongly and then stopping its payment, are liable to be considered as criminal offence if there is sufficient proof that the cheque was definitely issued by you. So I suggest to have consultation with legal practisioner dealing with criminal matters.
Re: cheque bounce/signature mismatch
what you have done is cheating. By signing wrongly, you caused the payee to believe that you have issued the cheque. You will be liable for prosecution for cheating, if the cheque bounces. Do not submit such dubious problems in this forum. This forum is not intended to help people who intend to cheat.
