Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i had settled my credit card settlement with the bank.my last instalment was delayed by two weeks.bank has cancelled the settlement and are asking for full amunt. what action can i take

Dear Sir / Madam,
Pay the credit card dues in time and close the matter. Bank cannot ask for anything excess than the purchases made by you through the card and overdue interest for delayed payment.

you can file complaint to the RBI OMBUDSMAN or in the consumer court. Bank can adopt arbitrary measures
