i had given around 8 lakhs rupess to a company now he is not returning it back
i have given 3,50,000in white rest in cash with no receipt.ihave the goods of around 3,20,000 with me he is not picking them nor returning the money.pls suggest wat to do

You have to file a suit for recovery of money in civil court by issuing a legal notice.
