Legal Question in Business Law in India
i gave one person 5 lacs without any documatation. now he refuse to give me back and he complain to police that i am beating him and doing other complain also he has contact with the police. and my complication is that i dont have any proof of my money what shoul i do? plz advice me...

in case you gave the money without documentation, you cannot prove the same now. you have no option but to forget your money and the borrower. take this as a lesson for future.
