Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir we are planning to start a business in a small town in Tamilnadu. A gift card business. Our customer will get additional discount from various shops which are already registered with us. Is there any legal procedures to be done? Since the basic concept is Advertising we have planned to name our companay as Purple Advertisers and our card as Purple Profit Card. Anything legal to be done?
